Q: Can I get Express Post?
A: Yes! Express shipping is available and calculated at checkout, or free when you spend AUD $300 plus.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: We use Australia Post for all our shipping
- Standard (Australia): 3–7 business days
- Express (Australia): 1–3 business days
- Standard (International): 7–14 business days
- Express (International): 3–7 business days
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes — we ship to select international destinations calculated at checkout.
Orders over $350 AUD ship free with standard tracked delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: Do you offer free returns?
Yes — we offer free returns on all apparel (tees, pants, hoodies) for size exchange only within Australia.
Returns for change of mind are not accepted.
Q: What items are excluded from free returns?
Caps, hats, pickleball paddles, pickleballs, bags, and other accessories are not eligible for returns unless faulty.
Refer to separate warranty for Pickleball Paddles.
Q: Can I get a refund if the new size I want is unavailable?
Yes — if we’re sold out of your requested size and will not be restocking within 30 days, we’ll issue you a full refund.
Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
Email returns@angrypenguins.com with your order number and the new size you'd like to exchange for.
We'll send you a prepaid return label (for eligible items) and walk you through the process.
Q: Do you offer international returns?
Yes — however, return postage is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We do not offer international exchanges for size at this time.

Q: How do I know my size?
A: Check our size chart on each product page or email us for advice.
Q: Are your products unisex?
A: Yes
Any product that is marked as women's are shaped for smaller sizes.
Q: How should I care for my Angry Penguins apparel?
A: To maintain the quality our organic cotton garments, we recommend cold machine washing with like colours and air drying.
Avoid bleach and tumble drying to preserve fabric integrity.
Q: Where are Angry Penguins clothing products made?
A: Designed in Australia and built by a collection of partners who care about quality and the environment.

A: Yes — every Angry Penguins paddle comes with a 12-Month (Limited) Warranty

Q: Do you offer a paddle recycling program?
A: Yes! We run a Paddle Forward - Recycle Program designed to give old paddles a second life and keep them out of landfill.
If you've purchased a new Angry Penguins paddle, you may be eligible to return your old paddle and receive a AUD $40 digital gift card toward your next purchase.

Q: Are your paddles USAPA certified?
A: The Flipper and Abyss paddles are engineered to meet high-performance specifications consistent with premium USAPA-certified models. Featuring thermoformed construction, a honeycomb polypropylene core, raw carbon faces, and strict quality control.
We are currently in the certification process with USA Pickleball. New models are currently in development for future release.
In the meantime, Angry Penguins paddles are ideal for players who like to dress and play with style, while enjoying high-performance equipment built for social play, club matches, league nights, and recreational competition.
Q: Can I demo a paddle?
A: At this time we don’t offer individual demo paddles.
We do work with Pickleball Centres and Clubs to offer demo paddles. If your club or centre is interested, please see our Partnerships page or email us to explore a demo program.

Q: What payment options do you accept?
A: All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Afterpay.
Q: Can I change my order after checkout?
A: Email us immediately. If it hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to help with your order.

Q: What happens if an item I want is out of stock?

Q: Do you sell Angry Penguins gift cards?
A: Not yet… but soon!
