Angry Penguins Paddle Warranty

We take our paddles — and your performance — seriously. That’s why every Angry Penguins paddle is backed by a 12-Month (Limited) Warranty that reflects our commitment to quality, fairness, and your long-term confidence.


What Our Warranty Covers

Our 12-Month (Limited) Warranty protects you against manufacturing and material defects in your paddle, including:

  • Structural delamination or separation of the paddle face and core

  • Cracking or failure of the paddle handle (under normal use)

  • Defective bonding, gluing, or finishing that impacts performance

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.


What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

While we design for durability, not every situation is a defect. Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear: surface scratches, fading graphics, edge guard wear

  • Damage from misuse or abuse: paddle strikes, drops, improper storage

  • Environmental exposure: extreme heat, cold, or water damage

  • Custom modifications: drilling, grip changes that damage the structure

  • Commercial or rental use

  • Second-hand or resale purchases

If it looks like it’s been through a war zone, chances are it's not a warranty issue.


Warranty Duration & Policy

  • Your 12-Month warranty covers your paddle for as long as it’s in your hands — and used under normal playing conditions.

  • Warranty coverage begins from your date of purchase

  • If we determine your issue is covered, we’ll replace your paddle with the same model or, if unavailable, a comparable model


What Happens if You Need a Replacement?

If your warranty claim is approved:

  • You’ll receive a replacement paddle shipped at no cost

  • You will not be required to return your paddle unless requested

  • If your model is discontinued or out of stock, we’ll offer a comparable replacement of equal value


How to File a Warranty Claim

Email us at support@angrypenguins.com.au with:

  • Your receipt number or proof of purchase

  • A clear description of the issue

  • At least 2–3 photos (and a short video if needed) showing the fault

Our team will respond within 3 business days to confirm next steps.
