All orders are shipped from our Gold Coast HQ using Australia Post as our preferred carrier.

🇦🇺 Australia

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders

  • Free Express Shipping on orders over $300 AUD

  • Express Post upgrade available at checkout

Standard delivery: 2–7 business days
Express delivery: 1–3 business days (metro areas)

🌍 International

  • We ship to select international destinations

  • Free Standard International Shipping on orders over $350 AUD

  • Express upgrades available at checkout

Note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, depending on your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery times vary by location, but we aim to get your gear to you as quickly as possible.


Returns & Exchanges

👕 Apparel – Size Exchanges (Australia Only) – FREE

We offer free returns and size exchanges on all Angry Penguins apparel for Australian customers within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • If your requested size or item is unavailable and not restocking within 14–30 days, we’ll offer you the choice of:

    • A full refund, or

    • An alternative in-stock item of equal or lesser value

If the alternative is lower in price, we’ll refund the difference or offer store credit — your choice.

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Orders shipped outside Australia

  • Paddles, pickleballs, hats, bags, or accessories
    (unless faulty or covered by warranty/consumer guarantee)

🌍 International Returns

Returns are accepted for apparel only on international orders.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.


How to Request an Exchange or Return

  1. Email returns@angrypenguins.com with your order number and a short summary of the issue.

  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions via email — including a reply paid return label for eligible Australian returns.

  3. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your exchange or refund accordingly.

Refunds & Consumer Guarantees

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll assess the issue and resolve it with:

  • A repair,

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund,

as appropriate.

This is handled in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law and our Paddle Warranty.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We cover return shipping only when an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns and claims.
